WE MAKE SURE THE FOOD WE SERVE IS NOT ONLY DELICIOUS, BUT SAFE TO EAT AS WELL.
In addition to the HandCut standards of service we use to prepare all our offerings, we work within the official state and local guidelines that apply to serving children, including DCFS standards and guidelines for age-specific food & preparation. This means cutting food to avoid choking hazards, gradually introducing new flavors and foods, and understanding the relationship young eaters have with food.
